My Bio
I am a nurse by profession with a love for nature and photography. Not only do I enjoy photography, but I love to delve into the creative side of photography by adding various effects, textures and treatments to my photographs. I utilize programs such as Photoshop & Corel Painter. I am a self taught photographer and photography artist.

My gear consists of a Canon 5D Mark II camera, Canon 40D camera, Canon G10 camera, Canon 24-105IS lens, Canon 100-400IS lens, Canon 100 macro lens, Tamron 2X Tele-Converter, Kenko Extenion Tubes and Canon 550EX Speedlite flash. Although I enjoy just taking pictures, I love to play around with Photoshop and Corel Painter. There is so much to learn!!!
I am currently the president of my camera club and I highly recommend joining a club. If you are interested in photography, joining a club offers opportunities to learn and expand your photographic skills.
